Returns & Exchanges

At Real Mushrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable apparel. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original compostable mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
